The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has published updated Brexit information on the Prior Informed Consent (PIC) and the UK Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regimes, while confirming that the British guidance for the Plant Protection Product (PPP) regime remains valid.

The Norwegian poison centre is now accepting notifications through the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) portal. Norway is now one of seven countries, along with Slovenia, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Estonia, to accept poison centre notifications through ECHA’s submission portal.
