Denmark has now signed Sweden’s multilateral agreement M313 concerning the carriage of explosive substances and articles belonging to the Armed Forces set to be destroyed.

M313 expires on 15 July 2023 and is for carriage on the territories of those ADR Contracting Parties signatory to this Agreement and so may now be used within The United Kingdom, The Netherlands, France, Norway, Italy, Germany, Sweden and Denmark.

Multilateral Agreement M318 concerning the carriage of pressure receptacles authorised by the United States of America Department of Transportation in relation to 1.1.4.2 has been signed by Lithuania and Denmark. The Netherlands, Austria, The United Kingdom, Poland, France, Sweden, Germany, Ireland, Italy and Switzerland had previously signed it.

M318 expires on 1 June 2023 and is for carriage on the territories of those ADR Contracting Parties signatory to this Agreement and so may now be used within and between Italy, Ireland, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, the UK, France, Poland, Austria and the Netherlands.

Multilateral Agreement M320 concerning the carriage of UN 1965 in fixed tanks (tank-vehicles) has been signed by Denmark. M320 supersedes M278 which recently expired and now gives companies a longer transitional period.

M320 expires on the 31 May 2024 and is for carriage on the territories of those ADR Contracting Parties signatory to this Agreement and so may now be used within and between Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
