The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has published updated information on the new rules for business equipment and machinery when the transition period ends on 31 December 2020, now that the UK has left the EU, explaining how, from 1 January 2021, a new UK mark will begin to replace CE marking for goods being placed on the UK market.
