F-gas and ODS updates

The Government has made a number of minor changes to its guidance on ODS and F-gases, including making available the links to download and submit reports to the Environment Agency on ozone depleting substances and F-gases and informing of the ban on F-gases used as refrigerants for commercial use from 2022.
