HSE suspends interim EU exit arrangement on PIC

Following the recent extension of Brexit until 31 January 2020, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has published a new e-bulletin announcing its suspension of the interim arrangements that were in place to allow UK-based companies to notify exports of chemicals listed under the Prior Informed Consent (PIC) regime that were intended for export to the EU in the immediate period after exit.

Environment Bill passes second reading
