One in five workplaces lack policies to support LGBT staff

On the 50th anniversary of the UK's first “gay pride” march, the TUC has published the results of a poll of around 1000 HR managers which show that 21% of workplaces do not have any policies in place to support their lesbian, gay, bi and trans (LGBT) staff at work.
