  • our lifestyle can influence our resilience and protect our health

  • we can learn and practice relaxation techniques to be more resilient.

Developing Resilience: Lifestyle (5 min)

Discuss with group how lifestyle choices can impact on our health and wellbeing

Healthy people are better able to withstand pressure, so lifestyle is a significant help in dealing with stressors that you cannot remove.

Ask the group: “What are the main elements of a healthy lifestyle?”
