  • 30 minutes (half day course)

  • 45 minutes (one day course)

Objectives

  • To discuss the question of whether people in certain occupations, at certain levels of seniority or of certain personality types are more likely than others to become stressed.

  • To explore the effects of gender and of individual tolerance levels on the likelihood of people becoming stressed.

  • To look at the implications of these findings on the management of stress.
