On a half day course, reduce time taken to 15 minutes by summarising the types of structured interview and by omitting the discussion or framing of practice questions. On the one day course, it will be necessary to truncate either the discussion or the framing of practice questions. On two and three day courses, increase time taken to 90 minutes, covering preparation, types of interview, structure and a discussion.
