By the end of the session, trainees should understand how organisations can carry out risk assessments for ill health due to work-related stress, including the sort of interventions (remedies/measures) that can be put into place across a whole organisation.
Is risk assessment for stress different from other risk assessments? Why? Is it because people react differently to different pressures, and differently to stress?
The requirement is to assess the risk of ill health, so the degree of stress is important. More stress, for longer, leads to ill health.
