It is not a comprehensive list of all the detailed competences that you might need, but it should alert you to the key areas for developing your training role.

A = I have achieved this to a reasonable standard

B = I need to do further work in this area

C = I am weak in this area

D = I have not started to develop this area

(iii) Use the assessment to form a personal development plan (See below).
