This planner provides an outline of the Grievance training module, which is subdivided into 13 units. This training can be delivered within a number of timeframes including half-day, one, two or three days.
Each unit lasts between 20 minutes and 120 minutes. The letters a, b, c and d indicate which units are suitable for which length of course (a = half-day course, b = one-day course, c = two-day course, d = three-day course).
