• 30 minutes (One day course)

  • 60 minutes (Two day course)

  • 90 minutes (Three day course)


On two and three day courses increase duration to 60 minutes and 90 minutes respectively, by using either or both of the activities.


  • To ensure that delegates understand the importance of monitoring the progress of employee development.

  • To identify who should be responsible for the monitoring and by what means it should be conducted.

  • To ensure that, where development is specific to the current job, delegates understand the importance of monitoring to ensure that what has been learned is effectively applied.
