Health and safety law places duties on employers to provide a safe workplace, safe equipment and safe systems of work. There are also duties placed on employees and the self-employed to work safely and to follow health and safety policies and procedures. Working with display screens is no exception. Although the risks are generally small, as with all jobs there is a potential risk of injury or ill health.
