This policy is written to enable the organisation to comply with all health and safety law requirements in relation to the use of work equipment, including the Health and Safety at Work, etc Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 (MHSWR), and the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER).
