The organisationcare service is committed to creating as secure an employment environment as possible and will therefore endeavour to avoid compulsory redundancies wherever it can. It is recognised, however, that circumstances may arise which result in the organisation seeking to effect a reduction in staffing or change to the services it provides. These circumstances may be brought about by operational needs, sector or business requirements, financial restraints or other organisational issues. In these circumstances, the organisationcare service may seek volunteers for redundancy.
