To ensure that it has effective management and governance functions, this organisation will:

  • ensure that its registered managers are of good character and have the necessary qualifications, competence, skills and experience to manage the carrying on of the regulated activity

  • have in place an up-to-date business plan

  • operate from permanent premises, which are fit for purpose and suitably located as described in its registration and statement of purpose
