Employers' Duties

The registered manager should:

  • have safeguarding practices that are in line with current regulations and statutory guidance

  • make sure that their staff know how vulnerable people are kept safe from harm

  • provide adequate training on the organisation’s safeguarding policies and procedures as part of staff induction training
