The provisions relating to the establishment and running of ECHA are given under Title X in Articles 75–111. However, the roles of ECHA are largely covered elsewhere in the REACH Regulation, though some of the original roles have since been deleted and re-made, with some amendments, in the subsequently made Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, and amending Directive 67/548/EEC and Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (CLP), with effect from but re-assigned to ECHA under the provisions of CLP.
