On-site remediation technologies have gained in market share over traditional disposal to landfill as the government continues to raise landfill tax and restrict capacity for hazardous waste. Each of the technologies can be used for specific contaminants within specific operating windows. Some technologies can be applied in series so an extended range of contaminants can be treated.
