Registering a Care Service: Examples of Aims and Objectives (Care Homes)

Part 2 of the CQC Statement of Purpose template requires applicants to describe their aims and objectives in line with the information required in the other parts of the form and in the application form. The following provides examples of what might be included in a prospective care home’s aims and objectives under different headings.

Aims

The aim of Good Care Home, which will be the fifth home opened by this company is to provide accommodation as well as personal care and support to up to 30 people who are over the age of 65 years, who have physical disabilities and/or dementia in line with the information provided in Part 3 of this document.
