Employees have a right to:

Employees have a duty to:

  • be honest in the personal information disclosed in the recruitment and selection process

  • abide by the agreement they reach on accepting employment.

Employers should:

  • avoid any direct or indirect discrimination in job advertisements

  • publicise internal vacancies in such a way that all potential candidates have an equal chance of seeing them
