This policy, which can adopted by a care home or care at home service, sets out the values, principles and procedures underpinning this care service’s approach to enabling service users to express their views as an essential part of its quality assurance method. It is produced in line with the national health and care standards, My Support, My Life, particularly Standard 4: “I have confidence in the organisation providing my care and support”, which includes the following.
