Policy

The practice has arrangements for patients to speak to GPs and nurses on the telephone during the working day. (Although this is no longer a QOF indicator, it is best practice to maintain a policy for this important issue.)

The hours of telephone availability at the practice are as follows:

Monday to Friday [Enter times] and [Enter times].

The practice opening hours are in the practice leaflet and at the entrance to the surgery on [Enter location].
