The UK formally left the EU on 31 January 2020 but all arrangements that applied to the UK as a member of the EU at that time remain effective for a transition period ending 31 December 2020 or until a new agreement is reached, whichever is the sooner.

Agreements and international treaties made under UN auspices are between sovereign countries and are, and will remain, entirely unaffected by the UK’s relationship with the EU.
