We believe it is important that the range of experience which our teachers hold is used to good advantage in the curriculum we design. New initiatives are important and we welcome suggestions and ideas for improvement.
Although careful planning is essential, we also recognise the importance of taking time to react to the unplanned as well as building on the enthusiasm and specialism of individual teachers.
The curriculum should not be a bind but an opportunity for individuals to have their needs addressed in a climate of attention to individual learning style and current attainment.
