The Senior Traffic Commissioner issued temporary guidance and directions in March 2020 to Traffic Commissioners on the exercise of their functions during the Covid-19 pandemic. This guidance was updated on the 14 January 2021.
The guidance sets out further temporary changes to ensure flexibility in the registration process from 4 January 2021 until the end of the current crisis.
The key changes are the following.
