Provision and Use of Work Equipment Policy

The laboratory will ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including in particular the Health and Safety at Work, etc Act 1974, the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 and the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
