Social care providers in Wales must show compliance with the Regulated Services (Service Providers and Responsible Individuals) (Wales) Regulations 2017.
The six standards/regulations all related to staffing. Regulations 34–36 should be subject to regular audit checks. Information for staff should be regularly reviewed. Disciplinary procedures should be in place to be implemented as needed.
