This school acknowledges its obligation to set out a fair and systematic approach to the implementation of standards of conduct for all grades of employee.
The aim of this policy is to establish the procedure by which instances of minor but repeated misconduct or gross misconduct can be resolved quickly and fairly. This procedure applies to all staff.
Prior to any informal or formal action, reasonable steps will be taken to investigate the alleged misconduct. The results will be discussed with the member of staff, who will have the opportunity to put their side of the story.
