It is prepared to employ part-time employees in jobs which can be done satisfactorily on a part-time basis, including those which can be done on a job-share basis. It will always consider requests from employees wishing to transfer from full-time to part-time work or vice versa.
The service’s part-time working policy complies with its statutory obligations under the Employment Rights Act 1996, the Work and Families Act 2006, and the Flexible Working Regulations 2014.
