Coronavirus (Covid-19) Test and Trace: Contingency Planning Policy
Policy Statement
This policy sets out the actions to be taken in the event of a staff member receiving an NHS/Public Health England test and trace alert and who has been identified as a contact of someone who has independently tested positive for the Covid-19 virus.
The implications of having an employee notified as being a contact are potentially wide-ranging, hence the recognition that it must be prepared for such eventualities in line with the current Government guidance, particularly that issued under NHS test and trace: workplace guidance.
