Introduction: Agenda Setting
A poorly formed agenda will be confusing and counterproductive, and use limited time inefficiently.
To set a meeting, agenda requires consideration of the:
meeting contents as a whole
individual items to be presented and discussed
order of presentation
length of time of the entire meeting and for discussion of individual items
preparations and planning needed for each item to be presented and discussed, including who should introduce it and how.
These rules will apply to “virtual” meetings as to those in which people are physically present.
