The organisation may, from time to time, require employees to be posted abroad to other organisation sites throughout the world. The organisation will apply for visas where required.

If an employee is required to work abroad this will be clearly stated in his or her statement of particulars and made clear to the employee at the time the position is offered.

Procedure

General

  1. Where an employee is required to work abroad, he or she will be given as much notice as possible and informed of the length of the posting.

  2. Employees continue to accrue service while working abroad for the organisation and continuity of employment is preserved.
