Employers' Duties

Employers have a duty to ensure that they follow and comply with all chemicals regulations regardless of the status of Brexit negotiations. The UK remains part of the EU until we officially leave and so all chemicals regulations including the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), CLP and biocides must be complied with.
