Employers' Duties

The Head has a responsibility to:

  • review the performance management of all teachers in the school

  • draft the performance management policy for the governing body

  • monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management

  • apply the performance management processes and procedures fairly and consistently throughout the school
