Air conditioning inspections

AC inspections (also known as TM44 inspections) are required by the Energy Performance in Buildings Directive for AC systems with an effective rated output of more than 12 kilowatts (kW). This includes systems consisting of individual units which are less than 12kW but whose combined effective rated output is more than 12kW. Hot water and boiler inspections are required for systems rated over 20kW.
