The purpose of this policy is to set out employees’ entitlements and obligations with regard to compassionate leave and leave for family or personal reasons, including fertility treatment and time off to attend medical/dental appointments.
The organisationprovision understands that employees experience personal or family difficulties from time to time, and wishes to support employees in granting (within reason, and taking into account the needs of the organisationprovision) time off to deal with such issues.
