The toolkit below lists all new and existing content to help manage staff who are coming back to work. There are a number of areas that organisations will need to consider when re-opening. This extends not only to social distancing and hygiene measure, but also managing staff concerns and being mindful of their mental health.On 22 September 2020, Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that office workers should once again be able to work from home if they can in England – this default position had remained the same in Scotland and Wales. Generally, priority for employers in England is now likely to be implementing homeworking again.
