I have an employee who has just been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. We are concerned about the cost of making reasonable adjustments. Can we refuse to make adjustments because it would cost too much?

I have an employee who is an evangelical Christian. She is constantly seeking to convert her fellow workers to Christianity. There have been numerous complaints from the workforce. I have had a quiet word with her and advised her to desist. What do I do if she continues?

Deducting money from staff

I run a food and beverage business. We have a policy which lets us deduct money from waiters’ salaries if customers they are serving run out on the bill. There have been suggestions that this may be unlawful. Please could you clarify if it is?
