How often should policies be reviewed?
How often policies should be reviewed is not set in stone. Policies set out what people should be doing under different circumstances and in response to events. Organisations develop them so that people carry out their work activities effectively and efficiently, and can check that they are carrying them out as required. Policies are the property of the organisation and need to be owned by them, referred to as and when needed as working tools.
