Deloitte’s new offices have recently gained WELL Certified Gold and BREEAM Outstanding certification illustrating how businesses are prepared to make investments in their human resources.

News that BT will be consolidating its locations from 300 to just 30 as part of its Better Workplace Programme illustrates how the working environment has changed and what this has meant for businesses managing their workforces. BT Group chief executive Philip Jansen said: “The Better Workplace Programme is about bringing our people together in brilliant spaces and transforming the way we work”. The new spaces will use the latest 5G technology and integrate contact centres and specialist sites. The aim is to create working spaces that are fit for a 21st century workforce.
