Are overseas visitors and migrants entitled to free Covid-19 treatment in 2021?
Public Health England (PHE) guidance, NHS Entitlements: Migrant Health Guide, updated on 12 January 2021 in line with post-Brexit regulations, available here, says overseas visitors to England, including anyone living in the UK without permission, will not be charged for:
testing for Covid-19 (even if the test is negative)
treatment for Covid-19
treatment for paediatric multisystem inflammatory syndrome (PIMS) (resulting from Covid-19).
