Transport strikes — what arrangements can be made?

I have read reports of potential airline strikes which is worrying since a significant number of our employees are travelling abroad for holidays in the summer. I’m concerned about staff who might struggle to attend work on time (or at all). Some might be able to work remotely, but others have to be in. Do you have any suggestions?
