I am importing some product from the USA which is being landed at a UK port and picked up for delivery to my premises.
I am being told that the Dangerous Goods Note (DGN) produced by the USA exporter may not be sufficient for the road journey from the docks to my premises — what do I have to consider? I thought International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code DGNs should satisfy CDG2009/International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR).
