Some of our service users were given tablets or similar devices during the pandemic but they can’t and don’t use them. Should we be helping them?

A

The pandemic highlighted the importance of digital technology in making activities more accessible in many care settings, helping retain a sense of community when isolated, and facilitating the sharing of day-to-day lives and experiences through voice messages, video calls, photos and messages.
