Since our pub was closed for the lockdown the outside courtyard area has been used to fly-tip all kinds of waste, including food waste. Am I responsible for organising the disposal of this, and if so where can I take it, as the local tip is closed?

Fly-tipping has become a more serious problem during the coronavirus crisis.

A survey carried out in England at the end of April reported a 58% increase in fly-tipping incidents. Some 92% of local authorities have closed their household waste recycling centres (tips) and with nowhere to take their bulky waste, householders have resorted to burning it or dumping it in public areas.
