One of my employees is clearly underperforming. He has worked for me for just under two years. At a recent interview, he admitted that he was having problems with his work and would go immediately if I would make him redundant. Quite frankly, I’d be pleased to see him go tomorrow. Is it safe to make him redundant just to get rid of him?
