A colleague insists that one of the constituents in our product means that the product is subject to restriction under REACH, with a required statement that must be shown on the label and included in section 2.2 of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).

I have checked for restrictions using the ECHA chemical information systems, but this does not indicate that the substance EC No. 211-076-1 (Ethylene glycol diethyl ether) and mixtures containing it are subject to any REACH restriction.
