A

Edoc is an online system of recording and monitoring waste transfers that can be used instead of the familiar paper transfer note. All waste holders have a legal duty to complete and sign a transfer note whenever they pass waste on to someone else, whether a carrier, contractor or broker. This requirement can be met either through a paper document, an electronic document or through the online edoc system.
